These Terms govern access to courses and services provided by Vyndexver Journalism Academy in Canada.

Payments & Refunds

• All fees are listed in CAD and include applicable Canadian taxes where stated.
• Refunds: full within 7 days prior to start; pro-rated otherwise per provincial regulations.

Student Conduct

We maintain an ethics-first learning environment. Harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of sources is prohibited.

• Respect peers, faculty, and guest speakers in all online and in-person interactions.
• Submit original work and properly attribute sources and media.
• Follow Canadian laws and institutional policies for data collection and field reporting.

Acceptable Use

Use Academy platforms for educational purposes only. Do not attempt to breach security, share credentials, or disseminate harmful or unlawful content.

Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, removal from courses, academic penalties, or referral to authorities when required by law.
